Apart from the huge pile of disadvantages one needs to see at the other side of the coin and there is tremendous part which is good enough. Staying all alone in a distant home gets on nerves sometimes and taking all responsibilities is a great issue. If the apartment is shared then one needs to clean only one specific corner of the home which is utilized by the person and hence responsibility in every aspect is shared. Secondly, the costs of living like the rent, the maintenance cost, the light bill and all other things are shared too. Hence there is considerable amount of living as compared to living alone and bearing the entire costs single handedly. Again small jobs like bringing milk, watering plants, arranging the tables for meals all gets well distributed and is in favor of all.
