If your music or parties are causing disturbance, it could be citied for noise violation in few cities. You need to be respectful. Nothing should be done to damage your relationship with your room mates. Park where you are supposed to park and dispose your trash properly. Be prepared to compromise as sharing an apartment is like sharing a part of your personal space as well.

Sharing the apartment seems the necessity these days. It gives you the place you can call of your own and also could be affordable. It’s often cheaper as costs are split and house hold chores are shared as a joint responsibility. You can often have a huge living space at an affordable price; moreover your roommates would never let u feel lonely!

Problems creep up as all the residents would like to use the common things at the same time as for example everybody rushes for the bath in the morning and would like to enjoy the television at the same time in the evening. Planning has to be done as who would use what and when.
